KapaMag – More Than a Magazine

KAPAMAG is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to building confidence, strengthening local identity, and supporting creative and business growth across the Hawaiian Islands.

We serve communities through practical programs and opportunities that guide individuals in developing their voice, sharpening their skills, and pursuing meaningful work.

Our work focuses on three core areas:

  1. Providing engaging, skill-building classes like KoÊ»u Ê»Oihana PonoÊ»i which helps HawaiÊ»i’s youth grow in confidence, creativity, and self-expression while staying grounded and supported in a safe, structured environment.

  2. Creating ongoing platforms for youth like HoTR and emerging creatives — especially in HawaiÊ»i’s fashion and arts communities — to explore ideas, collaborate with peers and professionals, and showcase their work.

  3. Offering accessible business support services — including branding, planning, and creative consulting — tailored to the needs of HawaiÊ»i-based entrepreneurs, start-ups, and nonprofits.
