Kapa Magazine Hawaii
Community. Fashion. Education.
Since 2008, Kapa Magazine has been Hawaiʻi’s home for authentic creativity.
Through our annual WE Peace Day Fashion Festival, educational programs like Koʻu ʻOihana Ponoʻi, fashion enrichment workshops, HoTR, and our for-profit partner HMT Mx, we nurture young talent, help designers grow, and support the local creative community.
We also give back by attending, mentoring, and assisting other nonprofits, building meaningful connections across the islands.
Community, fashion, and education guide everything we do, creating spaces where creativity thrives and Hawaiʻi’s voices shine.

Shaping Tomorrow’s Leaders Through Fashion and Creativity
Our youth and community programs, including Koʻu ʻOihana Ponoʻi and Hawaiʻi on the Runway (HoTR), help students build confidence, professionalism, and creative skills.
Through hands-on experiences, mentorship, and values-based learning, youth explore fashion, performance, and career enrichment in a supportive environment.
